The high quality tyre retreaded cured radial patch are suitable for puncture repair of radial tyre in retreaded process. The high tension structure tyre fiber cord make use of the patent lay-out which reinforced the tyre body to against the reverse rebound from the roadway.

Feature:

1. The patent lay-out design of fiber tyre cord reinforced the tyre body repair area.

2. Radial tyre patches was wide range from 55 x 75mm to 300 x 600mm and fiber

tyre cord have two ply to four ply.

3. The back of cured tyre patches was veined with fiber cord.

4. The cushion gum was an interface for cured tyre patch and tyre body. Also use the

rubber cement both on repair tyre body and cushion gum. Curing temperature will

be 110℃ - 125℃and timing 2-1/2 hours.

Application: Suitable for retreaded tyre factory to repair damaged radial tyres.
